When you connect your bank account, we receive transaction information from our aggregation partners. We use this data to identify eligible transactions and calculate Points, provide personalized financial insights and housing-related recommendations, determine your eligibility for promotions or partner offers, and build anonymized and aggregated analytics about spending patterns which we may license to partners such as retailers or financial institutions.

Partners who receive analytics do not receive your name, bank account number, or raw transaction history. They receive only aggregated and anonymized statistics designed not to identify any individual.

Where necessary to apply rewards to an eligible housing-related transaction, we may share limited information with landlords, property managers, brokerages, lenders, or closing agents to confirm eligibility or arrange payment on your behalf. We do not sell your identifiable personal information to third parties.

Retention, Transfer & Disclosure

We will retain your personal data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with Bill C-27.
